I am hoping to get some help/guide here - thanks in advance

Im enrolling into further studies next year starting Feb 2015; however if I chose to settle my payment in 2014, can I claim tax relief for 2014?

Then in June ( half yearly), I will have another payment - can I claim again for 2015?
