Possibly Govt low on funds to pay the refunds ... so fill up your TP1 form and submit to your HR to avoid refund for future assessment.

QUOTE(Pumpkinz @ Apr 27 2015, 09:02 PM) Hi there, 1) 50% share for each child tax relief (i.e. RM500 per child for each husband and wife)1) If I file separately with my wife, under 'Jumlah Anak - di bawah umur 18 tahun' - can we both claim this in our filing? 2) 'Insurans nyawa dan KWSP' - is this KWSP is referred to Column E in our EA form? eg: if my KWSP is RM 5,500 & my life insurance premium is RM 500, I can claim max 6000? Appreciate for your advice. Thanks. 2) Yes, claim RM6000 |

For Year Assessment 2015... does the Tax Relief for Books/Magazine of RM1000 includes GST or exclude GST ?
Eg. Do we buy books and magazine up to value RM1,060 or just RM1000 ? This post has been edited by ronnie: May 13 2015, 02:10 PM |

QUOTE(Ratbert @ May 27 2015, 10:04 AM) Anyone tried paying Income Tax via credit card? I paid my taxes with my CC for the reason you have given I noticed there is a 0.8% surcharge for credit card payment. ( Caj Pentadbiran Pengeluar Kad ). and also GST charges as well. What i am wondering now is... if one has a 5% cashback card for example. would it make more sense to pay via credit card? Since the 5% would offset the surcharges and GST, while at the same time give u a little extra $$ and extend the credit terms of the income tax payment. Thoughts? |
