I'm new in Malaysia... I really2 need help.

I got a work in Malaysia but they pay me "daily" as consulting fee so i don't have a fixed salary.
I got my Visa from my Company. I got here more than 2 months now.
How can I pay my tax?
How can i submit my tax, if my company don't provide EA form for me.
What can i do?

if I have to pay 25% as an expatriate, i cannot afford for my self and my family expenses back in my country.
I enjoy to work in Malaysia. I'm on probation for few months.
What should I do if I got kicked out??

your thought is wrong.. the reduced rate is for assessment year of 2015, which you will file it on next year, 2016.

Yours should come from Section B.

Section C is for retiree.

Total gross income from employment is total of Section B & C.

No taxable benefits should put under Section G.

Basically everything in section B is taxable.

Section G no need to declare in BE form.

But  jus now i call to ldhn say me tax refund approval on 1st apr but not sure which date will refund...

Yes, they never ask me to provide any supporting document but i think they purposely delay my refund.
My receipts are really for them to check and etc.
