Can you swim without " swimming cap, gogglge, swimming suit, swimming trunk" ? If yes, you cannot claim

without swimming pool, you can still swim 

i received a letter from LHDN, prompting me to pay certain amount as "Cukai Perlu Dibayar" which includes penalty for late submission for 2012 assessment.

however, when i filed the assessment earlier, it shows that i should be getting a refund from LHDN.

should i pay first?

tried calling LHDN but i can't get through to them yet.

so i dun nid to sumit the chkt 1 a form? or sumit with rm0.00 at bottom?

Anybody here have rental income? Do you engage any real estate agent to manage your property or to collect rental? Is the management fee paid to the real estate agent deductible against the rental income?
