I'm with Linux. This is openSUSE Tumbleweed,KDE. I love customization,but not to the edge,just something I feel comfortable. There's plenty of option in KDE,but I just made it simple. I did this without any 3rd party apps,these all comes with any Linux Distro with KDE.
