Stuck means you have to dfu restore already. After restoring to 8.1, if you want to restore your backup first do it immediately. After that only run the jail break, then click on cydia and let it do its thing. After this is done only enable passcode.

I found out the hard way also. Was in panic mode for the duration of restoring the phone in dfu mode. After that everything was fine. To be safe, don't turn on passcode.
