Anyone faced the annoying Ad from Activator who keeps on popping up even in the Settings itself? How do i go by it?

I just got myself a new 5s and jailbreak it with ios 7.0.6 and evasion 1.0.6. Previously I was using a iphone 5, and have all the tweaks and settings that I wanted. Surprisingly, on my new iphone 5s, I can't find subtlelock even though previously i purchased for iphone 5. Anyone can help here?
Also, activator is crashing whenever I had it to bring up the app switcher. This wasn't seen previously on my iphone 5. Am I missing something? |

With ios8 now released, can i still restore my jailbroken 5s to iOS 7.1.2? or must i restore to 8 directly?
