IMO, if you're jailbroken, better to use the mobile web instead as it provides added layer of security, even though the phone is jailbroken.
The downside though, it's a bit slower and some banks have horrible mobile website interface.

Maybank can use maybank jailbreak detection bypass from cydia
Hsbc can use hsbcmybypass from cydia
Touchngo can use liberty lite

Use Liberty Lite(BETA) from Cydia. One tweak can bypass JB detection for CIMB, MAYBANK 2U & TnG Ewallet. Its work for my iPhone XS Max iOS13.5 jailbreak.

Liberty lite beta can used most of the apps except for HSBC..... HSBC apps just started then force close a few second later

is there hsbcmybypass ? so far only got HSBC bypass that created in 2018 which fail to work also

UPDATE: It work.... just make sure you untick from any bypass list before install the hsbcmybypass .... thanks for the tips giggs

Ensure it is hsbcmybypass created by XsF1re's not hsbcbypass that created by juoliverne.

If you had any other bypass install at the same time or before then you either need to remove them or uncheck HSBC from the list also else HSBC would detect them and force close.

Just tested 5 min before post this reply, I still able to get HSBC app to run...so no problem here

is uncover JB untethered or tethered? My friend tried and said after reboot JB is gone..

semi tethered. need to re jailbreak again using unc0ver.

install reprovision to keep signing the app. if not in 1 week the app will revoke and u will have a hard time to reinstall unc0ver

so when reboot, jailbreak is gone. Does iOS system still "safe" with no jailbreak? Or needs to reset the software from itunes to be fully secure?

When reboot, your tweaks are still there just not active. Need to re jailbreak in order to activate it again.

Safe. And only restore if u want to fully remove jailbreak.

Ps: Jailbreak wont void ur warranty. Just restore then u are good to go if want to claim warranty.

What do you guys use jailbreak for nowdays, besides changing the theme.

It's been a while, for me jailbreaking kinda lost it's appeal already. But that's just my view.

Ok finally got it jailbroken. Weird that some apps like Rocket for Instagram unable to install. It shows installed but doesn't appear in anywhere..

Used to install it from Appcake.. but now cannot even install appcake ..

update : ok found solution. need to install appsync first before install appcake

Same boat here. Used to fancy jailbreak when using 4S because the theming was awesome and changing screen resolution.
But age do play a part in how I view jailbreaking. Now I'm quite worried with doing almost everything from mobile, especially payments, with jailbreaking it brings issues with jailbreak detection and finding ways to bypass and what not.

Though given chance, I will jailbreak, but on a spare phone for fun purpose.

Boost don't really work with liberty lite. Apps able to open and send money.. but cannot use scan to pay. When press the Middle bottom heart, it will hang and not work. there will be a msg saying jailbreak..

Exactly. Now with all those e-wallet and online banking, I would not take any chance of "opening" the gate and let "unknown" developer in. This day and age, information on people worth a lot.

Anyone got their TNG eWallet working? What version u guys at? Tried almost everything liberty lite beta, fljJB, kernBypass, flex patch. None worked for me. Im on ios13.5 / unc0ver 5.0.1 (i11pro)
