What's the tweak for schedule message & whatsapp for ios 9.0.2? Tried everything (perhaps not all), all seems not working.

I'm on 9.0.2 and it won't let me install. So i have to tweak something to let it install. |

Anyone on 9.0.2 jb? Have u got any problem with WhatsApp that force close when typing something? WhatsApp version 2.16.10 and latest will cause this. I dont know what's going on here.
