Is it the same way to jailbreak like in iphone 4?
The risk of getting brick is low?

Hi, I have Iphone 5S with IOS 8.2, where I purchased from US.
There is no problem when I used it there but the phone shows SIM NOT VALID when I switch to MAXIS sim card.
Can jailbreak solve the problem?
