u can restore as new at the same ios version and u can jailbreak back. But the app still in beta for ios 9. before this i use it to restore at ios 8.4.

Shortcuts is a paid tweak or bunny for free. Besides, there is a tweak for clear notification center with 3D touch

What do u mean? If u restore ur backup from jailbroken, usually the preferences file will intact. I never encountered any problems restore from jailbroken backup.
