got some questions here. im a new utorrent user shifted from bitcomet i've set to hav 2 simulteneous dls but whn i start the 3rd torrent it still connects and downloads a lil.

another thing, i've put some number in the listening port. it gives me super fast dl speed but whn i close and opens the utorrent again, this same port wont give me the super speed anymore.

any1 care to explain to me why? thx
