Hi all,
I owns a Benro A200 tripod. 1 of the legs are somehow loose already, that leg will not hold on it's place and will slide towards gravity when I carry at the wrong angle. The feeling is like the nut is loosen, but I check the screw and nut near the head of the tripod, and notice that it is still tight.

I plan to send to Benro for checking, but when I check Benro website, they don't have official contact in Malaysia.

So where should I send this tripod for checking? Any recommendation?

Malaysia seems don't have local authorised distributor. The only way is where u buy, where u send to

I bought when I was working at Bangkok.
