Terms and conditions:
1. Must be a genuine product offer from a Malaysian retailer/seller.
2. Must be for an identical product stocked by us - same format, same publisher, same region
3. Identical product must be in stock and on sale at the competing retailer/seller.
4. Console Games Shoppe reserves the right not to sell under our cost price.
5. Upon successful price match, Console Games Shoppe will match advertised price. Additional discounts are subject to our discretion.
6. Restricted to only 01 item per customer.
7. Product must be advertised with price without restriction. Prices derived from online message boards; web forums, do not apply.
8. Price match does not apply to pre-owned products.
9. Guarantee does not apply when:
i) The lower price is not available to the general public
ii) The lower price is derived/ discounted by the competitor through use of coupons, gift vouchers, loyalty rewards and any other offers, incentives or benefits to reduce the total cost.
iii) The lower price is the result of an error by the competing retailer/seller.
iv) Console Games Shoppe will verify any price match opportunity. In the event Console Games Shoppe is unable to verify, through reasonable means, that the lower price product is available for purchase.
10. Price match only applies PRIOR to the purchase of any item. Goods sold are considered final. We do not extend price matching for items after purchase, except for preorders.
11. Console Games Shoppe reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate our Price Match Policy anytime without prior notice.
