It will take about 1 hr from Gimpo to Jeju. It's still okay if u arrive around 8 or 9 pm especially if u plan to just stay in Jeju city once arrived. If u want to head straight to Seogwipo then it'll take around 45 mins - 1 hr driving. and regarding driving in jeju, all I need is to obtain international driving licence from jpj then can dy? Yes, you can apply IDL at JPJ. I would recommend renting a car from KT Kumho bcs they have lots of discount if u register as a member on their website
