So I'll be arriving in Jeju this Sunday night.
I think KT Kumho has dropped their Wifi egg service if you rent a car.
Are there places at Jeju airport where you can rent one?

Just came back from Busan/Jeju, the weather was quite hot! Must must must visit Spa Land in Busan, awesomeness overflow  Good and cheap shopping around Nampodong area. It's still pretty hot no idea why, although the temperature does drop a bit at night.
A light jacket at night will suffice but short sleeve is fine no worries.
