not sure about the taxi rates from Kepong Sentral to DSP, but its barely a 3 - 5 minute Drive so i doubt it'll cost much (if they follow meter in the first place)

there is a hidden bridge near the komuter station. look at the east, and find where the shadow of the highest tree falls, the bridge is not there, becoz its hidden.

from kepong sentral come down to the taxi stand next to the longkang and reservoir

it should be on the road towards PJ

then from there it's 3-4 km




edit: make sure u dont stop at Kepong, it's further and a lot harder to get taxi bcos it's residential area. Many times i stop at my taman and walk back, only to find 1-2 ppl asking me where to find taxi.
