hi guys..

im wondering if the center hob burners can be disabled?
my elba hob if put 'small fire' only the center burning.. this will lead to focus/spot heating on pan center.
if open bigger, will be too hot.. any advice?

the circle center burner.

hi.

my sister got her apartment install with cooker hood inside cabinet.
since its a apartment, cant vent outside.. and need to use recirculation mode with charcoal filter at blower fan inlet.

but i wonder, how the 'top output' on the hood to be vent (the 1 with the flap on top)? just let it vent inside cabinet ? close the vent ? vent somewhere inside house ?

oh dem..
this hood got top vent.
now.. where should i route this vent...
