QUOTE(chongkiatz @ Oct 14 2014, 11:54 AM) Kl is good on electronic stuff price compared to TRG here , but what i think is , if anything shit happen , i need to send the item back to KL , that make me very trouble , if getting it here , at least i will not headache when the shit thing happen Compared to competitive price i definitely can save RM400~Rm500 actually anything got problem FOTILE will send their technicians right to your doorstep to fix. No matter u got it from a KL dealer or TRG, FOTILE is the one providing the after sales service while the dealer act as a follow up for your after sales service. |

QUOTE(MOBAJOBG @ Dec 18 2014, 06:45 PM) That's a pro-cook there (wo)manning 3 burners simultaneously whereas my wifey can just manage 1 burner only. Isnt that great we close shop at 6pm but we still get to have our dinner by 7pm. My mom prepares the ingredients at night, with the 3 burners and strong flame power, she is able to cook several dishes at the same time This post has been edited by zheilwane: Dec 18 2014, 11:16 PM |

QUOTE(YomiEe @ Jan 14 2015, 03:10 PM) For those who PM me, yes.. it is from Builders Hardware, Kepong. Zheilwane refuses to take responsibility and teach me to blame it on my contractor. As mentioned by kokmengng, we do open n let our customers to check their products especially Kitchen sinks, Mirrors and ceramic items. We already open up for you to check that it is OK, so now it is dented, most probably it is damaged by your contractor during installation, this happens very often and contractors usually come to purchase a new one from my shop. Since u say, u kept it safely n only unbox now together with your contactor, that means the sink was damaged during storage or when u deliver to the contractor. Since I bought the sink, I was very careful with it cuz its gonna be installed in my dream home. I carefully kept it in the store room... till I unboxed it today. How can I accuse my contractor which is not their fault? This is a very immoral. The sink dented even before using, now I doubt their products. Please think twice before buying from them. Good luck! I m not refusing to take responsibility but the fact that the sink was in good condition when you collected it and we did open for you to check. I hope customers who have purchased from us could share their reviews here |

well i just point out that if it is damaged by your contractor, you should claim from him instead from us as we did let u check the sink and the sink was in good condition. As mentioned by weikee, you need to trace back what happen to your sink and claim from the person responsible for it, what we can help is to offer a special price for the sink which is what we usually do.

few things to take note
1) putting on top of the table wont look nice as the depth for top cabinet is usually 1ft - 1.5ft, bottom cabinet 2ft. 2) putting below table will b too low and hard to use. 3) U need to prepare a 15amp wire point for the oven which i bliv u do not have This post has been edited by zheilwane: Jan 14 2015, 07:27 PM |

QUOTE(YomiEe @ Jan 15 2015, 10:48 AM) I admit that I didn't examine it 100% when I collect the sink from BH. We were told to look through to see if there are scratches. Even BH experienced workers (included Zheilwane himself) didn't notice the dent when they gave us the product. Plus it was rainy day and dark during the checking, outside the shop. Discussion moved to kitchen sink thread as per link belowThe dent is only visible when I remove the blue plastic cover (sticking on the hole), under a proper lighting. Upon brought back from BH, the sink was properly kept in my store room (not with contractor), until I unboxed it yesterday and found the dent. No one has contact with the sink before this. Zheilwane's diagram above further proved it is impossible to create an outward dent, even a human sit on it. Plus, the box is still in a perfect condition. Hence, this is proven is it the manufacturer's defect. My mom has been using her sink for 30 years plus pouring hot water on it.. but not a single minor dent till today. Unless the sink is made from plastic. Normal human strength will not be able to create a dent. Thus, it was very obvious that this is the product's defect. No point forcing me to fork out $$ to buy a new sink. I sincerely hope BH will provide a better after-sales-service by bringing this matter to their supplier. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2062451/+20 This post has been edited by zheilwane: Jan 15 2015, 02:26 PM |

Done a brief review for FOTILE JQG 9009 and GCG 90301 hob. I am using this model and so far so good, what is the best way to understand your product than using it yourself. The GCG 90301 model in the video is an older version, do drop by my showroom or during this Homedec - KLCC (1st - 4th MAY) to have a look at the new GCG 90301, there are a few upgrades for it and it is the best combination with the black glass design of JQG 9009.
I have used EH10BQ as well, if you would like to get more information and comparison, just drop by and ask us. You can also ask me for maintenance tips or how to keep this unit clean If you are dropping by during the Homedec Exhibition do as for ZEAN for best price.
