is it reliable? after sales service?
comparing the bosch series 6 ss (PCC6A5B90) vs DE&E (S8669B) vs Firenzzi (FH-9543). both DE&E and Firenzzi are using sabaf burners and comes with 5 of it whereas bosch only has 3 burners.
i'm ok with the quantity of the burners cause i will be having an induction domino beside.
I’ve only been using it for 1 year ++. So far so good. Flameselect gets you consistent amount of flame. So once you get used to the hob, you would easily know the right number to get the right amount of heat. Flame strength is good, above my expectation.comparing the bosch series 6 ss (PCC6A5B90) vs DE&E (S8669B) vs Firenzzi (FH-9543). both DE&E and Firenzzi are using sabaf burners and comes with 5 of it whereas bosch only has 3 burners.

After sales service is good. There was once I called them because I thought the surface was chipped, they came down and turns out it was only some stubborn dirt. The technician they sent was an experience uncle working for them for more than 20 years. The technicians are their employee, not some third party contractor.
Number of burner actually doesn’t matter much. It’s not like you’d be using all 5 at one go.
