actually get the 2 burners enough d, bcoz the two burners on the right are too near to each other

moreover, the right burner is too near to the knob
1) knob wil get hotter
2) when u turn of the flame, u might accidentally touch the hot pot since it is so near to the knob

so if u only eye on rinnai 1 brand, two burners enough d n cheaper

WHat are the differences between FOTILE EPS Burners (GAG86210) and FOTILE SUPER FLAME (GHG78211)?
As tested EPS system is more efficient, with 4.85kW the flame power is slightly stronger than the super flame 5.0kW. So this proves that the higher the kW doesnt always = stronger flame power, you will also need to look at the burning technology, a better technology hob has better efficiency (GAS SAVING).

If u have seens cornell and elba, drop by my shop and i will show u difference with rubine

hi all, I am currently looking for hob and hood for my landed house.

For Hob, a high possibility I will go for Bosch Hob Serie 8 PPI82560MS [78cm] as the specs fit my requirement. However, I am torn between
few hood brands to choose from. I have tested the Bosch Hood series 6 and quite like the low noise suction. Others I am not sure is it loud or not.

1) Bosch Hood Serie | 6 DWB-98JQ50B - 55db claimed

2) Electrolux Hood EFC926SA - not many details available but the suction is high

3) Fortile Hood EMS9018 [claim to be "you can hardly hear it"]

If possible I am looking for a budget max of RM5000 for both combines. Any of the above hoods is a better choice? or any other hood that is better than above?

The cooking style is 2 people light cooking and occasionally medium cooking [ie: curry, fry vege, stir & fry] smile.gif

Fotile just launched their latest table top 4 in 1 oven,
1) steam
2) dehydrate
3) air fry
4) bake

So for those who cant get built in, this is suitable and affordable
*

*
for less than 2.5k if using gas hob still possible with Livinox COPPERPLUS (latest model) + Eureca2b or even better Lotus2b gas hob

microwave built in usually are called microwave oven but mainly is micro only cant really use it like an oven.
A matching design would b Livinox linox 6f + lmW-925

DO take note, for recycle u will need to buy charcoal filter as it is not included in the box

I’m using serie 8 hood and I wouldn’t recommend Bosch hood since the suction is weak. The reason I bought Bosch hood is because I don’t want to mix and match my hood & hob, but kinda regret it since I could just look for other better hood with hidden brand label to match my hob.

Hi, if you can share, which serie 8 model that you are currently using?

Also, what type of cooking that most challenging for the hoods, is it when you cook steak with super hot cast iron or it struggles when you cook nasi goreng and telur mata ?

I’m using DWB91PR50A.

I would say anything that involve “menumis” & deep frying (without lid) would be challenging in normal operation. Boost mode can cope, but that one only limit for around 5 mins I think.

That’s not good.
What mode are you on, recirculation or exhaust?
Im ordering the same as i want matching set. I have high hope that it will be able to tackle menumis and even steak.
Is it the smell that will be all over your house or the smell and the oil will be everywhere?

Fotile (one of the higher end model), as what zheilwane diligently explained and shared in this thread, seems to be better specced.

i am targeting the below Rinnai hob and hood. any one can PM me best price also. smile.gif

RINNAI RB-2GI --> is the tempered glass durable? I read some posts and advised to go for Schott Ceran Glass instead. Is it true? If yes, which model do you recommend?

RINNAI RH-C1319-SSW --> is this efficient and easy to clean?

Exhaust mode. The smell would definitely be all over your house if your kitchen is an open kitchen. Oil? Not so much la. My kitchen floor would only feel greasy after deep frying chicken, but that one is more because of oil splatter rather than the fume from cooking.

1. the hood is jus a basic hood, nothing special, similar design with better spec, LIVINOX lapis is much cheaper (market price rm rm 1100 vs rinnai market price rm 700)

2. As for the hob, if ur concern is easy to clean then i suggest u to look again at the actual product and try to visualize how to clean it if u have things flow inside of the burners, as it is inner flame, there is high chance that things will go all over inside (under the glass)

IF u really wan RINNAI brand only and want it for performance and easy cleaning, get RH-C91A-SSVR hood + RB-92G gas hob, but if u r looking for something less than rm 3k for a good performance hood + hob + easy to clean, then i suggest go for LIVINOX Copper or Copperplus (latest model) as for hob Livinox Lotus2B

Hi TS,

May I ask is the LIVINOX LOTUS 2B ignition is instant OR need to hold down for a few second?

Do you know what is the major difference between LIVINOX LOTUS 2B vs FOTILE GAG76202?

Undecided either ti get the FOTILE or LIVINOX hob.

Thanks.
