I’m loving it so far!

Love the full height glass windows, the facade treatment, Tropicana golf view and the park! There’s some ongoing upgrade work happening now so I’m excited!

What I don’t like is the ongoing LRT construction right next to Block A, fingers crossed this is only temporary. Also, the half baked guardhouse which can be super confusing for visitors and Grab riders :/

My unit only has minor defects and they’ve all been rectified by the project team within 4 weeks. Low floors has their perks. Most defects are from the high floors when main con had to rush for completion, I supposed?

There’s so much hearsay in the thread (my friend says this or that) - my unit was very well done imho. Was staying at Tropics and Five Stones prior to moving here and trust me I had even bigger problems back then (broken lifts, roaches infestation, leaks, clogs). I’d say go have a look at the unit before committing to anything). Don’t rely on words you read from a forum (mine included of course)!
