Why I can't fully charge my ipad mini? it usually charge up to 87-89% then it stopped charging. I need to turn off the charger then on the charger back to continue my charge. can someone help pls?

Bring it to an apple authorized service centre n ask them to run a diagnostic test for u. Only they have the software which links to Apple which is able to run the test on ur iPad. From there u can check whether ur device is able to undergo full charge or not. Let them assist u from there.

I have the same issue too. Charger will only charge to 88%, than it will power off. What I need to do is to turn off the charger for and on it back, than it will charge to 100%.
Let me know if KLCC can help you on this so that I can also bring my unit for claim. TQ |
