Yup, you can said so, probably the frame used is of HF action figure frame. Exo-force is kind of brick-built so no escape for flimsy mech and bad articulation. I think the HF mech cockpit are good especially the XL machine.

on the other hand, back to LEGO Movie playset poison. Ni bagus.
