30% discount on Lego set is already a good deal no matter which set it is. The 50% discount only happen to unpopular set or damaged box set or rare ocassion like previous ALJ stock clearance sale.

So as long you like the set, 30% discount is a pretty much a very good deal

All the Lego Movie set is really tempting and I totally got poisoned by it. Will do whatever it takes to complete the set

Just browsing ALJ site and they put star mark on Malaysia for Lego.

Any news on how TLG will distribute Lego here?

Its depend on the individual interest. Some completionist will go beyond the limit to complete their collection, while some of people just targetting certain minifig only due to budget limitation. U should study more on Lego investment before starting serious on it. You can go to brickpicker.com for more info. However realize that Malaysian doesn't hv a strong buying capabilities like US or EU. So better learn and research thoroughly before investing your money on it.

Most of us here are collector and some do reselling just to cover the high cost of the hobby. Not many keep a lot of stock, and if they do it will probably the set that they really want and didn't mind to keep it.

Buy 1 set and you already got the whole Simpsons Family, really nice set to have

I bought it for RM200 including postage from ebay

packaging 404.

Of course I got the one with Minifig. Some more the one I got is R1 which is Walmart exclusive . RM200 is consider cheap actually.

You are right, most people will go for the bundle, but I don't think that many left available. You got one for sale right?

Mine just lucky to get it cheap from ebay, other place the price is skyrocket already even without the minifig.

Can start slow. You can plan your buy and stick to it. If not later will regret forever
