Just a normal suburban house .. can do hostage situations, haunted houses ...

thats why need to plan or put priority which to get first..hehe

Be patient, do some research and scouting. There WILL be sets on your wanted list out there for Rm700 or less. I got ALL my modular collection between Rm600-750. Even the US$199 Town Hall is available @ RM740. That's a Rm100-150 savings per modular/exclusive set.

Most importantly is NOT to hesitate if there is a great deal i.e. Have $$ ready, standby.
