It depends...
If you're using a lowsy fan on the XP90-C, then the performance of the XP90-C would be much lower than the Hyper 6+...

However, if you use a damn freaking fast and high CFM fan on the XP90-C, then it would easily beat the Hyper 6+...

The hyper 6+ is a combination of both copper and aluminium...

Aluminium: Good in Heat releases but can't beat copper in sucking the heat from the source of heat...
Copper: Good in Heat sucking but can't beat aluminium in releasing the heat...

So it would be better if you choose those heatsink that uses the combination of both material...

Well..u could try scythe ninja plus..its a great cpu cooler.

But I worried that the HSF would bend the board or something like that...
And is the fan noisy at all at full throttle??? Heard that the fan use 4pin thingy...
Then need to mod or do something... so that can get full throttle on 3pin...
And lastly... can it fit in this case... Black in color and with neon on the side...

Generally aftermarket HSF is heavy, so after installing be careful when moving it around. If you install at another place, carry it to ur car and bring home I think is very risky.

If do at home then no problem, just don't dance around while carrying the case

that fan is pretty noisy right??? i know XP-90C needs high CFM fan in order for it to shine....

if you're into bling bling....i suggest you get the vantec fans...

haha...somehow, i feel tat getting XP-120 would be a better choice...i sold mine cause the fan i pair it with is damn noisy... ended up getting scythe ninja....now no complain...hahahha

agree....anything with a 120mm fan would be better. coz at least ull have a choice of noise or powah....

my xp120 paired ffb (190cfm) is good....but pairing is with a slower 90cfm will give it an increase of 3c. wanna try it with the much slower CM UV silent one of these days

wonder no one would recommend ThermalRight HR-01...saw it performed at OP@LYP, did great, ±<3°C compared to Scythe Ninja Plus

ultra-120 thermalright pair with panaflo, cant go wrong with that, unless you dont have enuf vertical clearence in your casing.

i think both are so so. personally i think you should op for si-120. ninja's problem is, it's hard to cool the pwn temperature where elsesi-120 and xp120 can cool it nicely
