Is there any program that allows the streaming of graphic card output to another PC via
network? I've tried a program called VNC & it does exactly what I want but the refresh
rate is horrible, just 4 - 5 frames/sec. Any software that can stream it closer to 25 frames/sec?

first off is which VNC are you using? RealVNC? UltraVNC or TightVNC?

Ultra has the fastest compression so far but the best is freeNX.
