My brother's ipad is having problem connecting to our home router, which is weird because it works fine for the past years. Tried connecting to other Wifi (portable Wifi by android smartphone) and it works.

So I tried googling and found 2 solution to this problem;

1. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
2. Change Router name (SSID).

I tried doing both and it still fails. Is there any other steps or should I just send this to the shop?

Im sorry, just found out that my brother actually block the connection from the iPad to the router. After looking at the router settings, found out that MAC filter was ON. Well, was pissed a bit but it was all for good intention I guess since my little sister was obsessed playing with iPad.
