My I9500 idle all the time, 90% is in idling status, 1 charge can withstand 5 days...lol...

What point u bought the phone and not use that much?

I not same with you, just bought this phone for 'peace of mind'...

No, i'm not complaint anything...in fact i just want to tell that i seldom use my phone...

My 1st phone is Nokia 3100, used for 7 years before it died. Seldom used, 1 charge can withstand more than 1 week.

Then 2nd phone Sony Xperia Mini Pro...died just before 2 years usage, touch screen cannot touch, can't even swipe to receive call, what a shame...

So 3rd phone 1st i consider Alcatel IdolX geh, but eventually bought S4...

Why? not becos i want to heavily use this phone or this phone is outstanding in terms of camera or whatsover.
13MP camera? Just a joke as i'm a DSLR geek.
Movie? Just a joke as i have 24" LCD at home...
Gaming? Just a joke as my PC graphic is much more stunning than that...
Music? Totally a joke as my PC speaker and sound card is 100X better than that.
Fancy features? Those air gesture, motion, smart scroll are totally rubbish for me. I prefer touch control.

So i ask myself why? Until here sure u want to tell me: Why waste money to buy this expensive phone while u just let it idling and waiting call only?? Any <RM100 Nokia basic phone will do the same...then i will say NO, you are WRONG,
Becos when the time i want to use it, i want the best experience. IN CASE:
If i want to take some random photo while my DSLR is not around, this 13MP camera at least can do its job nicely.
If i want to watch some porn, the HD screen is my private monitor.
If i having tea time with some 'head down symptoms' friends, at least i can play Need for Speed smoothly for a while.
If i go back home town i can browse web using this phone without need to buy laptop.

That's all what i need, but in reality, all the situation above just rarely happen, that's why my phone just idling all the time.

So trust me, i will only change this phone when it fails me, else i wish it can withstand like my Nokia 3100.

Same theory when i buy high end PC hardware and overclock it to the max, not becos i want to use it heavily, just becos to ready 'in case' the time i need it, i want the top and fastest performance out of it.

Do u think Samsung will release OTA upgrade to NE4?

How do i know my phone firmware ver.? By looking at the last 3 digit of baseband version? I saw mine is NB2.

New update available for S4...just updated. Build no. from NB7 -> NE7.
