tried to search using the Search Topic but can't seem to find a solution to my problem. this problem started yesterday..using Samsung S4, all of a sudden the phone just keeps rebooting & gets stuck in a loop of rebooting. I googled this problem and it says it's a problem with an early batch of this model and it's a fault of the battery. but the thing is..I'm using a 3rd party battery (Sun Global). I tried taking out the battery last night and putting in the ori battery I got and left it charging overnight..woke up today, used the phone normally for 30mins or so and the same thing happened again. someone posted a comment saying that if you leave it with a portable charger or something, it doesn't happen..from what I can see, that's quite true..but if I try to plug it in after the problem occurs, it shows that the phone battery bar is empty .. idk what to do as I really need to use my phone for the next 3 days as I'm going out later and need to make calls & use GPS and stuff.

QUOTE(wajahebat @ Jul 10 2014, 02:54 PM) Seems like its not the battery related. Actually im facing kinda same issue like this but not totally apparent.
Mine will not just reboot/bootloop, it will turned off automatically, and need to re-insert the battery or plug in the charger to make it on again. This is not happening frequently, just soo rare. But when it happens, always after/when using the Camera.
At first i thought its battery related too as me too using SunGlobal, but it turns out its not. After i changed to latest XME firmware, this problem seems to improve a bit but it still happened once. I'm using 2 diff battery..1 is ori samsung 1 is SunGlobal..both also have this issue, I actually bought a brand new battery & it still has the same issue. idk what the hell is wrong, it happens less now but once every hour or so..i just need to take out battery few mins, then pray that it won't happen immediately when I put it in again. it is getting really annoying.. there was no water damage/drops/bangs anything that could have triggered this..just all of a sudden it started happening..my last newly installed app was last week so I don't think that's the case..

is it possible to retrieve data from my S4 that is dead? i dropped my phone face first and there's a visible crack across the screen and all i see are just some pixels at the top of my phone and that's all.
is there any way to retrieve data (photos, etc) from the phone without actually turning it on? I didn't backup my phone (yes...this was very stupid of me).
