how to identify Malaysian PS4 (as for mine)
i bought this unit, PS4 with camera bundle through preorder and collect at the curve on the launch day
sealed box with this sticker
3 stickers at the back of the box

4. REGIONAL WARRANTY STICKER
Free 1 month ps+ membership sticker on the front of the box
And for i also bought DS4 Wave blue for RM249 with 10% discount, the unit have SIRIM sticker on the back
