Mine happen once since bought last sunday,playing need for speed then suddenly auto shut,i had to turn it back on,note: i had never played the ps4 more then 2.5 hours

Guys,anybody hv problem taking screenshots in NFSRivals?before this everything was fine but now when i press SHARE button only video saved,no screenshot anymore,and this only happens with NFSRivals though,other games working fine,well anybody?
