Regrading warranty, anyone who was able to register on sony website, you don't have to worry, warranty can be claimed for sure one. Maybe a bit hassle, I.e: go tribunal or complaint to sony HQ etc.

Reason is they have accepted registration on their website which means they accept liability of providing warranty.
