Your PS4 is connected to the repeater LAN port and its not connecting. Did you manage to get an IP?

Have you tried connecting your laptop to the repeater LAN port too?

Well not all Sony store is selling PS4. The only Sony store in Penang which is only at Gurney has no stock for PS4. I brought my from my friends shop so im good about warranty. Im just helping other people here who cannot get their units from Official Sony Center.

can ps4 output chat voice via speaker, but get input from mic connect to controller? cos i dont feel like using the stupid mono headset.. very uncomfy and ugly and lousy..

You can use any iphone headset or any headset with mic.

Reasonable price for a SG set should not exceed RM1600 in my opinion but good luck finding one now as everyone jacked up their price. If there are stocks for a MY set then get it for RM1799.

Just to be sure, did you connect your laptop to the LAN port of the repeater?

If you managed to get IP on your PS4 via the LAN port, means that some form of connectivity is there. The only possible reason is that your PS4 cannot resolve the arp for your router, which is unlikely.

Try to ping the PS4 IP address from your other devices in the network.
