/K/, I work overseas and now my phone line (DiGi) is terminated, I want to get back my number, anyone knows how to get back?

I am not able to go DiGi Centre because I am not in Malaysia

if prepaid once terminated you have to wait for some time till open to public priority for postpaid.

All my bank transaction now stucked, I cant go to bank now to change my number.

better call customer service and ask them check for you.
If the number havent recycle yet, they might can help you.

I experience the same thing but with maxis,
it the end, they transfer my line to postpaid. i ask my brother to register the postpaid under his name.

try call digi if the line is still under your name (suspended), then ask them to re-activate it.

btw if prepaid, why dont u subscibe to Super Long Life, rm30/year, easier for u.

They say need to wait 6 months for it to recycle.

They might able to pull the number out.
For maxis, they willing to pull the number out for me if i sign a new postpaid plan with them.
