Population is there, just attraction is not there yet. Same like Cyberjaya last time, no entertainment.

Thats where their package come in by giving up to 8 years return where enough time to build the area.

But of course there will be people who argue saying this area wont work... like i say , its either u like it or not. Many area from the past also not work and no one can be sure it wont work. See Nilai from past ten years, who would expect the population there.
