I have a ring from Goldheart, it has 9 small diamonds forming total 0.33 carat diamonds.
But 1 no. diamond among the 9 has drop off and lost, anyone knows does warranty cover this?
As shown below picture is an example only, if 1 nos. diamond has drop off.

first off, did you gone for their periodic maintenance and cleaning ? As usually the bore holds the diamond can get loosen overtime, they need to be cleaned and tighten by respective seller periodically. Usually the warranty never covers the replacement of diamonds, this is more to the due diligence of the buyer. Make it a habit to get ur diamond jewelry maintained to avoid looses and dropoff.
