Unofficial changelog so far:

- You have to uninstall Beta2 before installing Beta3

You can specify the location under Internet Options->General But the default one would be c:\Documents and Settings\<your user>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files of course the pre-requisite is that u have to enable viewing of hidden files/folders |

i got a lot of pop up ads when using IE beta3, in beta 2 doesn't have this problem b4, it happen right after i install the beta3  |
