Hi everyone, I'm buying X version, I'm looking for Skrelp or Dragalge for trade.

If I using PSP that I playing Pokemon Emerald long time ago, can it use wifi to transfer ?
Is it possible to transfer use poke transfer then to poke bank or somewhere to trade into XY?

I just need Bagon, Dragalge, Charmander 3 of it having a shiny then satisfied already.
It cost me alot of time wasting to breed the pokemon D:
So far my Charmander breed out 45, still haven't get any shiny.
I worry my stick spoiled for keep rounding the prism tower.
I heard giving NPC tips will having big chance getting shiny, so I giving tips everyday around for the npc, hopefully is not info scam. :/

OMG! that's really complex !
I wonder how those Japan Region ppl having so many Rayquaza around for trade at GTS.
