is that japanese suicune? maybe thats the event one but maybe it might also be a hacked one that disguise as the event one. I have an entei like that too

i use my xerneas trade i get a PCApp 32760 suicune... google its hacked ID

yeah i got pcapp shiny regice before too. PCApp OT mostly are hacked

hmm, maybe it is because the pokemon is hacked? I'm not sure either. It should not happen even if it is hackmon but for now try asking him to access the box with different methods. Or maybe use trade or gts to remove it from the box to see whether it is the source of problem
