Gyarados will still intimidate, because the effect is right after u send it in.

It stacks, I've had people throw 2 intimidate pokemon as lead at once in double.

But if u mega evolve gyarados already, then it will only intimidate when u bring it out (before it mega evolve).

It's not about whether someone is able to clone or not, it's about how they ask the request, and how frequent the request comes by to the cloner by the same requester.
I'm not defending anyone here, but if you're here to provide a free service for cloning and/or giving away shinies, you should expect a lot of people who will come to you asking for help.
However, to the people who asks for the cloner's help, please keep in mind that while he does this for free, he also has to deal with other people who're asking for his help as well, and at the same time, he also wants to play his Pokemon game and raise the Pokemon he wants.
Also, maybe it's the way you guys communicate with each other online, which cause a misunderstanding (probably the way you messaged the person has offended him or something, i dunno).

Anyways, I don't clone, and I don't care of legendaries (since I don't use them in competitive), and I don't really care about shinies other than the ones I obtained myself. So I don't have to get caught into all these drama, frustration, and conspiracy theories on who's helping who online

This ridiculous, Pokemon XY GTS is full with crap. I am trying to find Spritzee to help fill up my Pokedex. All I see is people willing to trade it for Xerneas, Yveltal or other legendary pokemon.

Not quite sure what is unova link key, but I think registeel and regice is quite common? But with GTS only having 1 day left, maybe going to be a bit hard.
If ure buying another game just for registeel and regice... I think not quite worth it.
