I wanna ask something about PokeBank

The 30-day trial starts from (i) when you download PokeBank from the e-Shop or (ii) when you use PokeBank for the first time?

eg:
(i) Download PokeBank on 6/2/14, 30-day trial ends on 8/3/14 regardless of whether you use PokeBank or not, OR
(ii) Download Pokebank on 6/2/14, but only used it on the 14/2/14, so does the 30-day trial finish on the 16/3/14?

2. Can a pokemon be transferred from a DSTT cart (ROM) to a original cart? ex. From Black 2 (DSTT cart) to Black 2 (original cart)?
