Just want to find out.. what are the age group for the people in this forum?

I've played all the previous pokemon version since blue, and only sine pokemon x and y that i've been playing it seriously..

As for IVs and EVs, thats one i'm still a bit blur.. when you guys mention 5IV i'm like and the x/x/x/31/x/x , i'm some more blur.. where do you see this 31?
