You sure your region is set to NA/EU??

While Nintendo of some locations (such as Malaysia/Hong Kong) is part of the Nintendo enterprise, it is not actually tied to any of the other divisions of Nintendo anywhere in the world. As such, release dates for games, both downloadable and retail, could be vastly different from those in other regions. It's possible that Nintendo of your device (say Malaysia) simply has not released any games available for download through the Nintendo eShop as of yet. However, it's also possible that something within the system is not set correctly, such as the Location/Region settings. Changing the location/region setting to US/EU might get you lucky but not so sure...

yup. You need to download the Poke'bank first. Once you're done and got in the system, you can download the transporter at the last option. I already transferred my Black team inside X already.

Awesome... but all my previous pokemon games were played in TTDS and R4DS cards... so dunno whether can transfer those pokes or not....

What is the meaning of touch trade?

Touch trade is a trade where once I get your pokemon, i give it back to you. The purpose is just to register the pokemon in the dex entry..
