Summarized review comparison to A850. Will elaborate soon.
Well both is the same processor, gpu and ram. So performance is same. Better things on 930. 1. Bigger screen but for some the size its a bit too big. For me its fine as I am having Note 3, A850 and Nexus 4. 2. Speaker is loud, stereo and pair with Dolby equalizer. 3. Slim design. 4. Better camera quality in shots. I dont mean megapixel. Better things in A850. 1. Price is super cheap. AP price is 500. Lenovo set is 650. 2. Size is perfect to hold. 3. More accessories available in Malaysia. 4. Looks very premium in white color. Seems like my old white Note 2. Both have outstanding battery and similar is normaly day to day usage. Gaming is good and not as warm as my note 3. I am using S930 as my daily phone now. Save me to bring a lot of phone as its dual sim capabilty. 3G speed, GPS and wifi works as well is Samsung phone. Coming from a person that use Mega 6.3. Its a better phone interm of price and performance. Only camera could be improved similar to Mega at least but similar to Nexus 4. This post has been edited by piumiu: Dec 25 2013, 11:34 AM |

Home Screen Smoothness:
Decent, quite comparable to my Note 3 and A850. Not as super fast like Nexus 4 but very decent indeed. No apps drawer and main screen which similar with iPhone main screen only which is nice and less confusing at times. Build Quality: Very decent, of couse it wont be as good as Note 3 due to its PU leather or the glass back of Nexus 4. Its indeed nice to hold and it does not have a cheap feeling to it when you are holding it. Picture comparison. Note 3 vs Nexus 4 vs A850 vs 930. Taken from my another S930 in the room with no lights or flash. Camera: A decent 8MP, does the job well. Not as good as my old Samsung S3 or Note 2 8MP snapper. Does the job in good lighting, night shot is not as good without flash. But far better than the 5MP of A850 as its a rubbish camera. Gaming & Movie: I normally play Clash Of Clan and for me is fast and smooth enough but with a large 6" screen, dual stereo front speaker its a favorable experience in gaming and especially watching movie on the go. Surprising to me the 1GB memory is good enough is sufficient enough as I have not been using 1GB RAM for quite sometimes as 2GB was my minimum standard. Battery Life: 3.5 hours browsing on 3G + 2 hours gaming and 1.5 hour talk time last me 1 1/2 hours battery life. My view that the A7 quad core is powerful but yield a good power saving features. Summary: Its a good phone, able to cater to my daily needed, fast and smooth, no issue, good battery life with dual sim. Call reception is better than my Note 3 and 3G reception and speed is better from Note 3 as well. If lenovo upgrade to 13.1 Sony sensor camera, 2GB RAM. This phone will be a killer. Processor wise it does the job for me. If your comparing with other similar Lenovo phones: A880 : Lower 2200mah battery on a 6 inch and horrible 5MP camera. S939: Faster Octacore processor and Mali MP450 compared to 400MP on S930. 20K Antutu benchmark. But no stereo speaker and running Octacore on 3000mah battery wont yield good battery life from my view. Who needs Octacore anyway with 1GB RAM. Im happy with my purchase and Lenovo give me the mindset that I do not need to spend 2000 on a phone. Below 1000 is good investment on a phone nowadays. QUOTE(Matrix @ Dec 25 2013, 12:22 PM) Both of the sim is active. You can make call and sms at anytime without switching. But you can only select 1 to run HSDPA+ and the other is Edge. I was looking into Note 3 dual sim but its too expensive and this phone is a good phone. Makes me wonder why do I spend so much on a Samsung. Browsing, watching video and playing games is great with the big screen and stereo dolby speaker. Now I dont even need those portable bluetooth speaker. |

Yhanks mudkipryan94.
I have used so many Android phones. Almost 15 models by now. I was so impressed with Lenovo phone now. Value, performance, battery. I played games on my Note 3. Clash of clan. Need to charge my phone 2-3 times a day. On my S930. 1 day. Mainly play 3 hours of it on 3.5G on both. This post has been edited by piumiu: Dec 25 2013, 11:55 AM |

Now the chinese phones like Lenovo and Huawei are cheap and good...no point buying Samsung and Sony for mid-range phones.
But unfortunately, this model don't have LTE...currently i am using Galaxy Mega 6.3. Excellent phone and the battery can last 2 days usually with average usage. If Lenovo/Huawei got 6.3" phone + LTE, i buy terus! |

QUOTE(piumiu @ Dec 25 2013, 01:19 PM) Dunno what you do with your phone. I have been using for months, No sluggish at all. Big screen for surfing web is way more important than running at 60fps.....i am not playing a game...using for productivity functions...not to mentioned multi window and separate e-mail widgets. Its a great workhorse for only RM 1.4K...way better value than Note 2. |

Its launched in Malaysia already. I am using custom rom and root.
I will put spec but GSMarena one is not accurate as it supposed to come with Mali 400 MP and not SGX544. Matrix, even is browsing and normal application for me its a bit sluggish. I really hope they make exynos quad with mega. I dont do gaming in my Mega before until I bought my Note 3. |

For me its comparable with Mega 6.3, brighter than Xperia Z and for sure better than A850.Battery life is better than Note 3 especially in gaming. Normally for gaming I need to charge 2x in a day for Note 3 and once only for this phone. |
