Initially when i switched from a note 2, wasnt really happy due to smaller screen. Was also looking to swap for a note 3. Glad it all didnt happen.

Z1 seems to kick ass. Absolutely loving it now

I came from an S2 - if you have been doing mods it should be too familiar for you, just slightly more complicated that's all.

i have this problem as well.... but only when the wifi signal is weak. but in the advanced settings i didn't enable avoid weak connection

That is great. 10 hours on average is a whole lot of extra time. I managed poorly with my S2 though, it didn't have much tolerance to UV and lowering clockspeeds was even more of a disaster since the phone had to be on full speed with today's applications
There's a setting that tries to automatically connect to a WiFi network with a stronger signal - is that disabled? Sometimes there are hotspots with the same SSIDs, but you only see one in the settings but to the phone it's different and it tries to connect to that hotspot.

290 to 136 working fine. i just OTA last week to 136, retaining all root access.
