Enable it again. Play Store installer service runs in the background IIRC.
If you don't want your Play Store from automatically updating your apps, you can toggle it via the settings located in the play store itself.
I already did that with the backup data running.. but if i do that.. the Android OS data will go up...

and your question is referring to the high data usage by the android OS right?
if i am not mistaken, the android OS may be referring to any uninstalled apps that have used up the data.
eg. u have been playing online game of say COC alot and use up 500mb of your data.
in the data usage it will show COC with 500MB data usage
but if u uninstall COC, in the data usage chart will show android OS with 500MB data usage since COC is no longer in your phone
I havent uninstalled any games ~ ive ony been using the phone for 3 weeks
