Ever since 4.3, i noticed the battery life is slightly worse when compared to the previous 4.2.2

Not sure if you guys noticed it too?

1 seller told me that nillkin frosted shield can be used with dock. He even have a photo of it in the dock, with the casing.

I believe some of u are using nillkin. Care to verify his statement?
*
Yup it can be used but you'll have to remove the default holder n when u place your phone to charge you need something to support it behind (eg, a folded name card)

Source: I'm doin the same as I'm using the nilkin casing

hi guys, i don't own one (yet?) but would love to know if the Waterproof (IP58) is up to expectations? Has anyone encountered any issue with water entering the phone?
*
Haven't really heard of any problems from here so far in terms of water damage
Me myself I've been using it even in swimming pool n all, fully submerged

it's been 4 days since i updated to fw 4.3 and can't help but notice that the battery drain faster than with fw 4.2...

in the past, i unplug my phone in the morning fully charged and went to work. after work around 6pm, usually left around 30-40% under my normal usage.

now, same situation, after work phone usually left around 20% only... did the battery calibration, still the same
*
I'm experiencing the same thing too assuming u did not root the phone and everything is stock with user apps installed hmm.gif

Android OS ate 200mb of my data quota in a day (today).

One of the reasons why I dislike Android OS
One OS but too many different hardware configuration and 'flavours' makes it hard to detect small bugs like these
Most of the time it just goes unfixed unless it is very prevalent

I reckon a good factory reset should solve your problem whistling.gif

Is it because the screen is smaller hence less resources are required to power the GPU which in turn convert to better performance during benchmark?

Just bought a Simplism Z1 casing as I'm tired of removing the RM 10 silicon casing I bought to charge on the dock.

It comes with a Screen Protector but am curious, if its waterproof. Is there any screen protector around that is waterproof as well or at least will not crumple, spoilt, etc when I take pictures while swimming.
*
I think if applied properly, any decent screen protector shouldn't move even in water?
i'm using nilkin SP so far so good, didn't even move an inch underwater

Guys, does anyone know how to backup/restore APN setting?
Every time I change SIM card my APN setting gets cleared sad.gif

You can download the setting without wifi. Just on your data connection, go to settings-more and click Internet setting to download the apn
*
I've tried that before but it doesn't work
Mayb it takes longer but it's much easier with wifi connection

I don't bother to ask my bro.

The LTE connection are between a tower with LTE transceiver and LTE phone, there is nothing to do with another equipment. If another LTE equipment located at the same area can connect to LTE, but only my phone can't, it's must be something wrong with the phone. I have 3 more LTE devices beside my phone.
*
it's definitely phone related issue
sometimes u need to force it to actively search for the best connection...which will consume battery life i suppose

sometimes im not sure if it's a bug..but minor bugs like these are hard to fix..esp in android ecosystem
and mostly left unfixed if not many users are affected sad.gif
