Am considering getting a unit in Pinggiran Kiara/Kiara View (Pinggiran preferred) and would like to hear your thoughts:

1. Is this a worth it condo to get for own stay (possibly selling after 3 years)?
2. if the property market goes downwards, will TTDI be affected much?
3. To owners staying near a forest, is the mosquito/insect a problem?
4. To Pinggiran owners, how's the condition of the condo? Understand that its very old though I've no idea how old.
5. To Pinggiran owners, how's the security of the condo?
